We collect almost nothing, we sell nothing to anyone, and you can leave whenever you like. The detail, in plain English:

Who we are

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist we store your email address and, if you chose one, which product option you're interested in. That's it. We use it for one thing: telling you about NEWD's launch and giving you first access to the first batch. The legal basis is your consent — you gave us the address for exactly this.

Where it lives

Signups are stored with Resend (our email service) and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both act as data processors for us. We don't share, rent or sell your details to anyone else, ever.

Cookies and tracking

No advertising trackers, no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't identify you — it tells us how many people visited, not who you are.

How long we keep it

Until you've had your launch invitation, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email charlie@higgsholdings.co.uk and it's done. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
